A bit about Diana:
Dutch, female living in Amsterdam Netherlands.

I came to the kibbutz in september 1980 with Ellen, Jacqueline and Alk. We planned to stay for 6 weeks, but ended up staying for 3,5 months, because we really enjoyed the volunteerlife in Ashdot. In june 1981 Ellen and I returned to the kibbutz. We had a great time again. Ellen left after 3 months and I stayed another year till August 1982. I worked on the cottonfields with volunteers and members of the kibbutz. This is also the place where I met my husband. In July 1993 I got married to Shahar Algrisi. He was born in the kibbutz and we worked together on the cottonfields. We have a 16-year old daughter, Noa and a 14- year old son Liam. Because Shahar's parents and one of his sisters are living in the kibbutz, we still visit the kibbutz every year.
